Retail stores have normal business hours and do not require an appointment. Most retail locations carry either EM•1®, Pro EM•1® Probiotic, and/or Dr. Don's® products. If there is a retail store you know and would like them to carry our products, please request it at the store and give them our number.

We are looking for resellers to bring our products to more people. If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please click on the Contact Us link at the top of this page and use the form to request a reseller application. As an approved reseller, you will receive:
- Authorization to resell all products on www.teraganix.com directly to customers within our sales territory.
- Reseller prices for all products on www.teraganix.com.
- Images of our products to use on your e-commerce site.
- Ability to adapt text about products and solutions from www.teraganix.com for use on your e-commerce site.
Substantial customization of product copy (for SEO purposes) is REQUIRED.
- Timely newsletters and product updates, including any changes or additions in products or pricing.
- Orders by the case may be drop shipped directly to a customer.
For carriers that allow a third party return address on the shipping label, your business address will be used as the return address.
- Order processing within 24 hours.
- Your business listed on our reseller list.
- An account on www.teraganix.com where you can check order status and update your account information.
