Allow 24-48 hours for order processing.

Common Carrier Shipping (FedEx, UPS, or USPS)  typically takes approximately 7-10 business days.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Time in transit does not include the order processing days. The first day of shipping is actually the day after the item is picked up.

3rd Day takes exactly 3 business days. This does not include the day the item is shipped. If your item is shipped on a Monday, it is guaranteed to arrive on Thursday. Time in transit does not include order processing days. So if you order a product on a Monday, it may not ship until Wednesday. Your product is not guaranteed to arrive until the following Monday.

2nd Day takes exactly 2 business days.  Please note examples given above.

Next Day takes one business day.  Please note examples above.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.


We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Products may be returned if, and only if, they are in re-sellable condition. Upon the product return there is a 20% restocking fee.  Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • -must not be a special order or a custom order
  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description.


Refunds for damaged products will be issued if TeraGanix, Inc. is notified within 48 hrs of the product receipt. If a package arrives leaking or the outer packaging is looks beaten, refuse delivery so the shipper can return it, notify us to be able to replace the product, and refund us in a timely manner.

TeraGanix does not refund shipping costs.


Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
