ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is strictly open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsors or their affiliated entities are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD & TIMELINE REITERATION The Sweepstakes strictly begins on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM PST and closes on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:00:00 PM PST (the "Promotion Period"). All online purchases and registrations must be completed within this exact window to qualify.

4. ENTRY METHODS & ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Entrants may participate via two methods:

• Method 1 (Purchase & Registration): Register for R-Soil 2026, purchase a 32 oz+ bottle of TCM using code MATTPOWERS, and follow @LegacyAcre on Instagram and Facebook during the Promotion Period.
• Method 2 (Alternate Free Entry - Mail-in): To enter without a purchase or registration, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, valid email address, phone number, and birth date on a 3x5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: TeraGanix, Attn: Hawaii Giveaway AMOE, 1975 Co Rd 1605, Rusk, Texas 75785. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 24, 2026, and received by October 29, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method.

5. PRIZE DETAILS, LIMITS & FINANCIAL CAPS

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The total maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,900.00 USD ($900 lodging value + $1,000 maximum airfare reimbursement).
• Airfare Cap: TeraGanix will provide direct reimbursement or flight booking up to a strict cap of $1,000.00 USD total for two economy tickets. Any excess airfare costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• Exclusions: Ground transportation (car rentals), personal incidentals, baggage fees, travel insurance, and meals outside farm provisions are excluded.

6. SCHEDULING, FULFILLMENT & EXPIRATION

• Flexible Coordination: The exact dates of the 3-night stay will be coordinated flexibly between the winner, TeraGanix, and Hōnaunau Farm to accommodate seasonal farm scheduling and resident stays.
• Fulfillment Window: The trip must be fully scheduled and completed on or before December 31, 2027. Unredeemed prizes after this date will be forfeited.
• Transferability: In the event of a change in farm ownership or management prior to redemption, the 3-night stay commitment will carry over as a written condition of the property transition.

7. WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION One (1) potential winner will be drawn randomly on Friday, October 30, 2026, during the live closing session of R-Soil 2026. The potential winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and IRS Form W-9 before prize confirmation.

8. TAX LIABILITY Because the total prize ARV exceeds $600.00 USD, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the tax year in which the prize is redeemed. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TeraGanix, Inc., Legacy Acre, LLC, Hōnaunau Farm, Matt Powers / R-Soil, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or travel associated with prize redemption.
